Airwave not finding AP, but shows in VisualRF

    I have an AP124 that is up, but Airwave doesn't find it.  It does show up int VisualRF for some reason, but placing the AP on the map shows it as Down of course.

     

    Anyone know how to resolve this?

    Shouldn't Airwave find it on its own?  I has found the other ones that are on that same controller.

    Found what it was, seems someone had ignored the AP before, so it was under the ignored list.
