Airwave user error visualrf

    Hi all,

     

    I've got an installation of AMP 7.7.8 and when i browse the visualrf maps i see a lot of users with a yellow alert and the following error:

     

    discovering AP undefined for client user@example.com not found on floor

     

    what exactly does this mean? I'm guessing it has something to do with the user no longer being associated?

    I believe you may be seeing this if...

     

    The client device is attached to a particular AP which is not on the map you are looking at. The reason the client icon actually appears on the map, is because other APs that are on this map can "hear" the same client device. Therefore, Airwave is showing you the client is potentially "nearby".
