Archiving Decomissioned Access Point in Airwave?

    Hi,

     

    Is there any way for us to Archive the Access point (put it in decomission state) after the monitored Access Point is decommissioned rather than just deleting the Access point completely from Airwave when it was taken out of the network? And, the archived Access Point gets deleted automatically after a period of time?

    Not currently.

     

    The closest thing possible is if the AP was a replacement or upgrade, then you would use the 'replace hardware' option from the management page of the AP to append the current device's data to the end of the prior device's.

     

    If that's not what you're trying to accomplish, then a feature request is the next route.
