Hi, four things:
1) The WebCC subscription is a per AP subscription, so you should have 15 as the quantity of WebCC (screenshot shows 1)
2) Make sure that under Advanced Services->Stateful Firewall, the option Enable Web Content Classification is enabled:
3) Make sure you have DNS enabled on the controller, and that the controller can reach aruba.brightcloud.com for the lookups: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Wireless-Access/how-use-port-tcp-udp-WebCC-url-lookup/m-p/272883/highlight/true#M62811
To check from the command-line:
(Aruba7005-1) #show web-cc status
Web Content Classification Status
---------------------------------
Service Status
------- ------
Web Content Classification enabled : Yes
DNS/Name Server configured : Yes
URL Cloud lookup server reachable : Yes

4) Make sure that you see in the controller you see data in the AppRF-Web Content tab:
Only if you see the Web Content in the controller, you can see it afterward in AirWave.
