    Yes, Hyper-V can be used. You will need to use the ISO and run the installer manually. No template is available.

     

    When you add a network adapter to the VM, make sure you use the "Legacy Network Adapter" option.

    Do you know for setting up Virtual Machine how much disk space should it have? we have 75 Access Points & approx 600 users.

    75GB is the minimum and recommended storage for that <500 devices; but in a virtual environment it is recommended to exceed the requirements by 20% (refer to the sizing guide attached for details and virtualization specifics).   There is also a blurb on Hyper-V on pages 7-8 of the installation guide (also attached).
