Configured Airwave

    Hi, i have one question

     

    I have installed Airwave and a switch Cisco. The release note that Airwave mentions that you can disable Switch port, if a user connects an unauthorized AP.

    As I can set this up?

    I don't normally use the Cisco switches, but there is a port list for each switch when you navigate to switch monitor page -> then click over to the interface tab.  From there you can enable/disable ports.

     

    Your scenario sounds like a cross between 3 different AirWave functions: using RAPIDS to classify rogue APs, then Alerts/Triggers to send an email alert, then require admin to log into AirWave and disable port with reported offender (if switches are managed using AirWave).
