I don't normally use the Cisco switches, but there is a port list for each switch when you navigate to switch monitor page -> then click over to the interface tab. From there you can enable/disable ports.
Your scenario sounds like a cross between 3 different AirWave functions: using RAPIDS to classify rogue APs, then Alerts/Triggers to send an email alert, then require admin to log into AirWave and disable port with reported offender (if switches are managed using AirWave).
