    The header says it all.

     

    I have setup several WAPs accross out site and have had an alarming amount of confusion on people connecting to this Wi-Fi instead of the guest Wi-Fi

     

    The users who are supposed to connect to this network will be worked with by IT to get them connected so I am not worried about the authorized users. I am just wanting the SSID disabled so it stop showing up on people's phones for them to try and connect.

     

    I have looked around both on the forms and in the help on Airwave and I cannot seem to find where the switch it located.

     

    Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

    Do you have a controller or instant APs?

    Are you using Airwave for configuration or just monitoring?

     

    Two pivotal questions ^^^

    Dear Joseph,

     

    Thank you for the quick responce.

     

    We are using controllers and Airwave was used in the initial setup so I imagine we are using it for configuration as well.

    Do you configure any of the controller configuration through Airwave?

    So, if you configured it when you set up, is there something specific that you cannot find right now on the configuration?

     

    EDIT:  Are you saying you don't know where in the configuration to disable SSID broadcasting or you don't know where the configuration is for the controller in Airwave?

    I do not know where the configuration to disable the SSID is.
