HELP!!! Cannot backup flash due to request timeout error

    Yesterday I tried to backup my flash to tftp server its giving an error message that says timeout but now when I tried to backup my flash  again  its telling

    Error Copying file: Error code 2: Access violation

    I have the same problem as this and I am trying to go to the solution but when I click on it it just refreshes the screen.  Can someone send me the link to this solution?

    How do you save the flash? thru tftp?

    Are you using a TFTP server?  Does it have any logging?  Do you have a firewall enabled on the computer with the TFTP server?

    I am having this same issue.  It says there is a solution posted, but the link goes nowhere.  Can somebody help with this?
