We are having problem pushing config from Airwave to IAP.

we already join the IAP to Airwave and already assigned to a group but when we create the SSID it does not push to the IAP

take note that the Airwave is in different subnet of where to IAP is connected

Are you using Instant GUI Config or Templates?

It should not matter if the IAP is on a different subnet than AirWave.   If using IGC, when you made your network/SSID configuration changes in AirWave, did you select "Finish" or "Finish and Apply"?      Does your Virtual Controller show a mismatch?

    Thanks for the reply

We are using the Instant GUI Config in Airwave and after we set up the SSID we click Finish and Apply

but still it does not broadcast the SSID

What icon is next to the VC in Instant GUI Config?  There are 4 possible.   Up, down, mismatch, and processing.

Also, take a look at the Config History tab for that VC under the Instant GUI Config.
