    In event viewer of AMP the following error I can see:

    Device Monitor (Poll Now): Can't locate object method "needs_fw_build_update" via package "Mercury::Device::Universal::Cust

    what does this error mean?

    This typically happens for unsupported devices.  It means we weren't able to parse a firmware version from the sysDescr OID.
