    If you delete it from the current floor, then you will have the option to added in the other floor

    Can't move any other way? Like cut/paste to the new floor?

    Deleting the AP from the floor plan and then re-provisioning onto a new floor plan is the only current method.  Though it's a good argument to file in a feature request.
