I am having a problem where a new AP105 is not being discovered by AirWave.

The managed controller has the AP as being up for over 15hrs now but still nothing in Airwave.

Search for the ip address in Airwave.

It might be somewhere you did not plan for.

Thanks CJoseph for the tip but no Joy

searched for both the IP address and the MAC address no luck.

This is one of 6 access points I have added and the only one that has not come up in Airwave.

It is up on the LMS and working just fine. I'm stumped.

Did you click on the controller in Airwave and see what APs are assigned to it?

A good test for this is to try running the SNMPwalk from the AMP CLI.  This usually confirms if the controller is passing the expected information back to AirWave.

    # s2w IP_address_of_controller community_string wlanAPName -Cc -On

    example

    # s2w 10.10.10.10 public wlanAPName -Cc -On

If you see the APs entry in the SNMP result, then there's an issue in the AirWave that would require a support case to be opened.

A workaround would be to reprovision the AP on the controller.
