No Airwave GUI after host crash

    Hello everyone,

     

    Our ESXi server which is hosting AirWave platform crashed earlier today. Once it was up and running again, the reboot of the AirWave VM didn't bring up the web interface.

     

    I tried amp_disable then amp_enable but the problem is still there.

    When I execute a "top" command to see processes, httpd is at 100% of CPU use.

     

    Anyone know what commands I should use to investigate the problem ?

     

    EDIT : Tried to reboot httpd service, got this error :

     httpd_fail

     

    EDIT2 : Well, problem solved, just re-did an amp_disable and amp_enable -now after my attempt to stop httpd service and the GUI came back.
