S1500 24P Switch

    Hi, I am new to Aruba and to the Airheads community. I have a config file on note pad that I would like to copy to a new switch out of the box. I know this is simple process but would like someone to assist....line to line CLI not sure of the steps. Thanks!!

    I'm not sure what you're asking. If you have a prebuilt config, you can just paste it into the CLI.

    thank you for your reply. is there a command before paste? copy config? something like that? is there something that needs to be done first when the switch is first turned on?

    Just "config t" to get into global config mode.
