Some APs showing down in Airwave

    Hi community

     

    At our company we are experimenting some issues with Airwave. We see some access points showing as down and the status is: "Down (Controller is down)" 

     

    If we check the Controller we notice that its UP, also we access to the controller using SSH and we can reach the Airwave server. Then we check the AP itself and its working well.

    It is important to mention that not all the APs appear as down just some of them and randomly.

     

    The snmp service is running well.

     

    I would like to know if somebody can help me with this issue.

    Hi,

    Does those APs are associated to same controller and showing UP physcially? can you manuall poll the AP from APs/Device>monitor page and check the response.
