We have been receiving some poor feedback from our clients saying that they are receiving poor performance and disconnects.  We have made some ARM adjustments on the profiles and have been looking into the NPS server for any problems as well.  A couple of things look interesting on Airwave.  One is that under "Client"--> "Diagnostics" on any particular client you may see the following:

    Too Many Auth Errors61≤ 9

    Also under the "Current Association"

    Hostname:
    SNR (dB):

These values are always blank, is there something we are missing to have Airwave populate this data?

Thanks in advance for any help.

The too many auth errors just means you have more than six.  That is a threshold you can set.

Please consult TAC before you make adjustments with ARM.  Most people do not have to change ARM settings.  Of the ones that do, the ones that consult TAC end up in a better place, as a result.

Please open a TAC case so that they can dig into why the current association parameter is blank.
