Unable to Replace Backgrounds in Visual RF

    Hey guys,

     

    I am suddenly unable to replace backgrounds within multiple Visual RF floorplans.

     

    When I am in the floorplans, I can click to change background, select and select a file, I am unable to click the finish button. Nothing happens and I am forced to cancel.

     

    The image does appear correctly in the main view, so I know the file is valid.

     

    I thought maybe a particular property of the plan was the issue, but several other floorplans cannot be changed. But some can. 

     

    Any ideas?

     

    visualrfbg.PNGClicking Finish here does nothing. No spin or error messages. Forced to click cancel in the end. BG image does correctly appear in the main view, so file is readable to Visual RF.

    What AMP release are you running?

     

    Check for crashes in the log:

    Open a 2nd browser tab to System -> Status -> VisualRF log, then in the 1st tab rerun the steps, and then refresh the 2nd tab to see if there's any crashes in the log.

     

    If you do see a crash, please open a TAC case.
