That looks like it's a Master Console display. Do you see anything further on the status if you go to System -> Event Log? Or any errors in the log (go to System -> Status, check out the mc_stat_collector log).
I was unable to get the same error message. But you can always force the MC to poll the AMP again by editing the managed amp and toggling the polling off, save, then back on. That will at least populate the Event Log with a fresh message.
Beyond that, you may need to open a support case.
