    Hello,

After the upgrade to AOS 8.2 airwave only shows about a third of the clients connected. I've tried removing and re-adding the controllers but the issue persists. The AP and switch count are correct, but the user is way off.

I set AMON setting to prefer AMON over SMNP, but then i got problems with clients without SSID.

    Running Airwave 8.2.5.1

Do you see the correct client count on the controller? How often is your poll interval?

     The controllers are running 8.2.0.2.

Yes, the number of users are displayed correctly on the controllers.

Make sure that the admin / password under the device or group settings is accurate in AirWave (AMON)

Yes, the user/password is correct. Airwave is able to make nightly-backups and copy them.

    Hi,

Toggle prefer AMON vs SNMP setting and check the status and also make sure authorize all the APs assoicated to the controller.Airwave will not update the client count if APs are in pending state.

    Regards,

    Pavan

If i toggle "Prefer AMON" this happens. I get alot more clients, but they become Unknown.
