I'm having a problem with VRF not exporting the BoM, backup zip works fine. It all used to work, recently upgraded my entire platform from Win 7 and Office 2010 to now Win10 Office 2013 VRF version 7.7

I'm assuming its a application issue with Java or MS Office, not allowing VRF to open the Word.

I searched and did not turn up any results, does anyone have any advice? I cannot go back to the old setup.

So this is for VisualRF Plan (standalone tool)?  If so, can you please post the full versioning from the 'about' section that shows version, build date, build, and VRF data path?

For instance, mine shows as:

Build Date: 2015-01-15 10:48 PST
Java Runtime Version: 1.6.0_22

VisualRF Engine Version: 7.7.0
VisualRF Engine Build: 87613
VisualRF Engine Database: 80766

VisualRF Plan Static: 87613

If this is not VisualRF Plan, but the VisualRF within an AirWave setup, please provide the full versioning form the command line output of: # root; svn info

OK here is what I've got, Yes VRF standalone tool.

Java Version 8 update 73 build 1.8.0_72-b02

I have tried in my test environment with same build on windows 7 system and looks like its not working. Its not a known issue. Please open a TAC case.
