Hi everyyone

I found problem with my Airwave,

it could not show client in VisualRF but Heatmaep and AP are show.

I tried to see in "List" , it show client is "0" also.

So How i can fix ? my current version is 8.2.4.

Are you seeing this issue after upgrade? Only on VisualRF floor plan we are not seeing clients or even in Airwave ?

Try poll the VisualRF database

This issue occure before upgrade , I thought it's bug if I upgrade it should work.

But actualy it's still problem after upgrade.

Airwave can see all clients in menu "Clients" , see username , IP and every infos of clients.

But only clients in VisualRF, it's not show clients.

Did you try poll the visualrf database and checked the status?

You might have done this, however just to confirm could you please check whether the client option is checked under the views on Visualrf floor plan?

Sorry i over read it. Didnt notice the part where you mentioned that you see 0 clients under Network --> Properties.

Have you tried restarting Visualrf engine? You can set Enable VisualRF Engine: to no under setup page, wait for 5 to 7 minutes and enable it again.

If you are still seeing the issue i would request to open a TAC case.
