VisualRF slow and showing time out in the browser

    Hi,

     

    Recently updated one Airwave for the 8.0.9.1 version to present sluggishness in VisualRF. But now he's back with the same behavior.

    I have allocated memory from 4GB to VisualRF and checking the file VisualRF.log have several lines:

    "10/23/2015 10: 01: 36.973 ERROR MessageQ [8] com.airwave.model.external.SubscriptionMessageTask null message processing failed
    java.lang.ClassCastException "

    What can is going on?

    Please open a TAC case in parallel so that they can get to the bottom of your specific issue..

    I´m also seeing this error now. Did you find a solution?
