Wegbui Airwave not available since installation

    Hi there I have installed Airwave 8.2.1 and it has a network connection - we can ping the server and access via SSH

     

    But if we try reach out to the webgui the browser returns:

    • the service has refused the connection

    The postgresql service is running.

     

    What can be the problem?

    Without having any more details, I would sasy to open a case with TAC.

    I would open a Tac case. That is a fraction of the daemons that should be running.

    While apache is running, you only have low_level_service_watcher, the other daemons didn't start.  Few things to check:

    1) server sizing: disk space, memory allocation

    2) /var/log/low_level_service_watcher

    3) /var/log/service_watcher

     

    My guess is that it hasn't gotten far enough for service_watcher to start, so there might not even be a service_watcher log.  This usually happens on undersized setups.  Keep in mind that on a fresh install, the processes should start up roughly 7-10 min after the installation completes.
