airwave not displaying SSID

    Morning,

     

    Just curious if anyone has experienced an issue with an Airwave server on 7.7.x code not displaying the SSID associated with client connections. Clients appear to connect and work fine. Dashboard shows all of their info like device type, MAC, etc just no SSID.

    What kind of wireless lan controller is this and what version of code?

    It's a 7220 on 6.4.2.12 code. It's setup as a local. I have double checked the resources on the Airwave server and there disk space seems to be in good shape as well as the RAM etc..

    Forgot to add this. Could this be an MIB issue between the controller and Airwave since they are on an older version of AMP?

    It is entirely possible.  Upgrade to 8.x...

    THanks, That was the solution. 7.7.4 is not compatible with 6.4.x
