inventory installed in airwave physical server

    Hi community:

     

    I have a new physical server AW-HW-ENT with Airwave 8.2.4.1. As part of my Company requirements, we need to validate the inventory (serials) installed on it (chassis, power supplies, FAN, storage, memory) through CLI, We do this with other vendors.

     

    With my current Airwave 8.2.3.1 I use dmidecode through CLI to achieve this requirement.

     

    This is an important process we need to do every year in the company.

     

    How can we do now in the 8.2.4.1 version?

    Currently will need to open a support case, TAC can get into the shell to assist.  Meanwhile, it'd be a good opportunity to file a feature request since I haven't come across any similar requests - so PLM might also not be aware of your use case.
