How does controller(AP650) can recognise a RemoteAP(RAP-5WN).

I'm trying to set up AP650 for Rap-5wn on UI Browser of AP650.
Rap-5wn is connected AP650 with a lan cable(port0 to port0).
But, Rap-5wn is not reconised and not displayed on UI Browser of AP650 as NomalAP(AP-105).
I was succes for setting up AP-105 for internal campas, but Rap-5wn was not recognise by same method・・・・.
Help,plz.....

Re: How does controller(AP650) can recognise a RemoteAP(RAP-5WN).

You have to set an access point up as a Remote AP for it to be recognized as a remote AP. An AP5WN will be recognized as a campus access point, unless you set it up as a remote AP.

Remote AP can pass NAT boundaries like behind behind a SOHO router, etc because they use NAT transversal. Campus APs use GRE, which cannot cross a NAT boundary. If you just boot up a RAP5WN and it contacts a controller, it will be recognized as a Campus AP.
