PPTP VPN Ploblem

I configure AP as a Remote AP - Tunnel.

It's in an VAP that consist of
aaa: default role - authenticate
ssid: open (no security)

When user connect to that RAP, user can obtain IP address from DHCP on Controller.
user can access to any server and protocol.

My customer has a problem with PPTP VPN + Cert. (on LAN & via ADSL from Home they doesn't has this problem)
In other service my customer can access without problem.

I try to saw log about vpn but I don't saw anything.

I use Aruba 620 controller with AOS 5.0.3.3_28008 and try to user AOS 6.1.2.2_29541, I met the same result.

In case:

Re: PPTP VPN Ploblem

Where is the VPN terminated? Is it on the same side of the firewall as the Aruba controller?

Re: PPTP VPN Ploblem

Looks like this is Fixed in ArubaOS 5.0.4.0:

From the release notes:

Bug 53494: The controller correctly processes NATed PPTP packets, allowing clients are able to establish a PPTP connection while connected to an Aruba controller.
