RAP 2: users not seeing the SSID

This may be a weird one.
we have users that use the RAP 2 units and they are reporting that when they first logon to thier laptops they do not see the SSID for the corporate network. they wait 10 to 15 minutes and it finally attacehes. one thing we noticed is that if the user plugs into the RAP 2 then they see the SSID and the laptop automatically attaches.
with thw RAP 5 WN we do not see this issue.
also, i have the RAP2 at home and i have only noticed the issue once or twice, but other users are really complaining and i need to find answers.

We need more details about when this occurs. If you need immediate help with this, please open a support case so that they can review your logs and more quickly get to the bottom of this.
