RAP in Bridge mode... Users connect but cannot ping default gateway...

Hi All,

I have an RAP on ArubaOS 3.4.2.6, with no pef.

There are 2 ssids, 1 guest, 1 staff.
Staff ssid is able to connect with no issue.
However, guest ssid (wpa-psk-tkip) does not allow connected wireless clients to ping default gateway.

Any advise on what to check?

Thanks!

Re: RAP in Bridge mode... Users connect but cannot ping default gateway...

Are the Guests able to ping anything at all?
If not, you may want to check the output of 'show acl hits'.
This tells you if any traffic is being denied on the user-role by the controller.

Also, who is the gateway for the Guests? Controller's vlan interface?
