Re: PKI certs

Please convert that to PEM using https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk31589

What are you using the certificate for, management authentication, 802.1x, Captive Portal???

Re: PKI certs

PKCS7 format is supported. The failure could be caused by the absence of the private key.
Did you generate the CSR on the controller?
What error were you getting upon upload attempt (via WebUI only)?

Re: PKI certs

The cert request was generated on the controller, it is being used for Administrative webui, captive portal and 802.1x termination. The error is Error Uploading Certificate: Error in cert format

I have tried every format available and get the same error.
Thanks for your input
