Using WPA2-PSK and MAC Auth together

If the initial logon role for the AAA profile used for WPA2-PSK is set to authenticated, will this over ride MAC Authentication if it is also configured, or will the machine still have to authenticate its MAC address to be able to connect?

The mac still needs to be authenticated for it to be able to connect. What version of code?
