i have new clearpass 6.7.2 ,

 

i would like to build clearpass onguard with local user at clearpass as source,

 

already create 802.1x service and my laptop using windows 10 cannot connect to ssid, but my phone can connect, and I'm use same userid,

 

kindly need your help

If you're using 802.1x, check that you have the supplicant configured as needed, including RADIUS certificate validation. You have to check the alert window in Event Viewer in ClearPass for the computer authentication.

You need verify the services in windows. I had the same problem with a client and problem were with the configuration in windows of services 802.1x.

Delete the wireless profile on your windows 10 and then create a new
manually and do the following:
- Uncheck validate certificate
- Under advanced settings make sure the authentication is set to only
perform user authentication

already configure that sir, but my laptop still cant connected

 

Please give us more details about your EAP server certificate.
