    Hello,

     

    I am looking for a Tech Note (or any form of documentation) showing how to setup a guest access in ClearPass solely based on a single alphanumeric code.

     

    I am aware of the relevant option in the Web logib page setting, but I was also wondering if there are instructions on how to setup the self-registration part of it so that it generates the code.

     

    I have given it a go myself, but can't seem to somehow break the link between email address and username (eg: having a guest enter their email address, but use the access code to login, instead).

     

    Any thoughts?

    Victor,

     

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but what you suggest is the generation of an automatic password where the successful authentication will still happen by a username (the email address) and said password.

     

    If that's the case, then it is not what I am looking to implement.

    My bad misread your issue:

     

    In order to do this you will need to make some field and settings changes on your registration/login/receipt page.

     

    I will shared the screenshots in a bit.
