Airwatch Integration (CPPM 6.7.2)

    When integrating with airwatch via the API, I am seeing very odd behavior with the connection.  I will get a good connection and then a bad and then a warning (as shown below).  cppm-aw.png

     

     

     

    The integration seems to be ok - but this concerns me.  I have changed the password and updated it, repasted the API key, and repasted all the server information.

    What is the Update Frequency configured? Maybe you could have errors or warnings from Airwatch if you are sending update requests very frequently.

    I inherited this server. But checked and it was set to 5 minutes. :)

    What is a good base without overwhelming the server but still getting information in a timely fashion?
