i have question, can we split usage of client use to internet and local on "top ten usage client Airwave"

It cannot be done.  That view only reflects total traffic, not separated by destination.

if we create report , can we do this ? separate the destination local and internet of client usage ?

You cannot do that.  The report only shows TOP destinations.  You cannot separate local and foreign destinations.
