Aruba ClearPass Guest OS release 3.9 -

I create a non-expiring guest account and want to edit the account and change the password and change the session limit to 0.  I want a manually created password not random.  I type in the password and change the session limit and get

    Passwords do not match

Did you type the password twice?

Please open a support case.  Every time I have put in the same password twice, it has worked, along with changing the simultaneous sessions on 3.9 for a guest user.

will do, getting the password do not match message under the random section, not the original password section.  If that makes any sense

    * Password:Type in a new password Select an option for changing visitor account passwords.New password:Confirm Password:Password:

     (No changes)Create new random passwords
Type in a new password to assign to the visitor accounts.
Repeat the new password for the visitor account.
    gwfcpivK
    Passwords do not match
This is the new password that will be assigned to this visitor account.

    Hold on.

Did you want to create a random password or not?  Are you doing it for a single user or multiple users?

How are you selecting an existing user?  What menu did you use?  I used both Guest> Edit Accounts and Guests> List Accounts> Edit and it is working for me so far.

    What is your workflow?

I tried both ways. (Guests>List Accounts> click on the account>edit>password>type in a password)

also (Guests>Edit Accounts>click on the account>edit>Password>Type in a new password)

    both fail with same message
