I am having zero success using Onboard / QuickConnect on Android.  This is the 2nd test device and the 2nd issue that I cannot get past.

This device is running Android 4.0.3

I'm able to register, download and install QuickConnect.

I'm able to launch the profile successfully, but when it gets to the certificate installation, QuickConnect says

"You will be asked for a password to extract the user certificate for the network.
Press OK and proceed as if there is no password."

I click OK and it tells me to enter the password.  I click OK over and over and over and it never allows me to proceed.  If I click cancel it tells me the certificate was not installed, and I am not able to connect to the TLS network.

Has anyone found a solution to this issue?

I've got a HTC One Mini running 4.2.2 and experiencing the same issue with the latest version of ClearPass QuickConnect software.

It firstly ask the user to type in a preset name for the certificate, then next step it prompts user for a password to extract the certificate.

We have tried pattern, pin and password lock screen and none of them seem to resolve the issue.

Would appreciate some insight or solution to this!

    Thanks!

There is no password. Just click OK as per the on screen instructions.

    Hi Cappalli,

Clicking on OK does not work and re-prompts for password again, clicking Cancel will result in certificate not being installed and device unable to join via TLS.

    Thank you.

Please open a TAC case. Clicking OK should work.
