    Clearpass Onboard role mapping creates the following rules:

    What authorization source is used to derrive "Application:ClearPass:Device-Name"?

    I have tried onboard, endpoint, AD, etc and I dont see "Application:ClearPass:Device-Name" in either the Authorization or Computed attributes in the access tracker

    It's part of the internal Onboard process. It's only used by Onboard.
