Authentication for linkedin or flickr not working

    Hello,

     

    This is for guest wifi (we have facebook working), not sure were i am going wrong when setting up linkedin.  When i click on the linkedin button on the guest clearpass portal i get web page not found ..it is trying https://api.linkedin.com.  cisco WLC open for http/s, dns and firewall is open for http/s and DNS both directions.  On the linkedin developer api page the redirect is https://public ip of CPPM/guest/vip.php.  nslookup for linkedin resolves on client laptops various makes/builds.

     

    Do i need to allow linkedin.com to pass in/out on clearpass itself any setting.

     

    Also does clearpass setting for linkedin exist as all i added was the following;

     

    Authorization:[Social Login Repository]:SocialSP     linkedin

    You should never be using the IP address for any workflows. It should ALWAYS be an FQDN.

    Also, are you using the most recent whitelist for LinkedIn? https://github.com/aruba/clearpass-cloud-service-whitelists

    I have seen whitelist mentioned few times where does it need to go?

    setup;

    ap>cisco WLC>clearpass>external firewall

    Okay great!! Added them in and now get the following ..getting closer.

    Any ideas please? This is seen on the client wifi laptop.

    Happens on any windows build, but have noticed if you login with the existing social login ie facebook or twitter and come back to linkedin or flickr it correctly prompts you for the correct linkedin/flickr username/password.
