Authentication times out, then immediately succeeds?

    I'm starting the process of rolling out ClearPass and having an issue with some clients when they authenticate. They will timeout, then it will put them in a guest network, then within one second the authentication will succeed and they get put on the correct corporate LAN. We are an all Cisco switch shop if that matters. I'm not sure what timer I need to adjust to solve this?

    If you could tell us what type of authentication is being used, that would give us a better idea what is going on.

    Do yo mean EAP-TLS? or computer authenticate with a cert?
