    Start,

    The 3400 controller does not support AppRF.

    If you get the following:

    (MyHost) (config) #firewall dpi ?
    <cr>

    (MyHost) (config) #firewall dpi

    DPI is not supported for this platform

    ..your controller does not support APPRF  http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/ArubaOS_64_Web_Help/Web_Help_Index.htm#ArubaFrameStyles/Firewall_Roles/usingAppRF.htm?Highlight=apprf

    You can configure the ACLs on the controller, they just will not be enforced.

    You must have a 7000 series controller, unfortunately.

    Try to make the source as 'user'.
