I have a problem with one of the customer site the pop up of security certificate expiry is coming while trying to log on to the controller thru captive portal.
It is noticed that this problem is occurring only when windows and android devices are used. it is not coning is apple devices.

not all operating system / browsers act in the same way
have you checked the certificate yourself? is it expired, if so just replace it when one that is valid and everything will work for everyone.
is your captive portal hosted on the controller or on clearpass?
