For what ever reason my CPGuest applicaiton became unresponsive after I uploaded a .zip file with 3 image files to the public folder. After successfully uploading the archive I hit the extract option and that's the last time the CPGuest UI was responsive. After waiting for about 30 minutes I decided to reboot both servers in my cluster. That fixed the issue. I am running a 2 server cluster and running version 6.4.4.
Has any one seen this before? I am new to ClearPass and I am still trying to figure out how to troubleshoot some of these issues. Is there a way to check the status of the applications and restart CPGuest without restarting the server?
