CPPM Guest - CLEAR TEXT password check failed

I've had a few guests unable to login to our guest network.  Access Tracker displays the following alert "PAP: CLEAR TEXT password check failed".  The last guest was fixed after changing their password.  Not sure if that was the actual fix or just coincidence, but if so, why is it happening?

Re: CPPM Guest - CLEAR TEXT password check failed

Thanks Victor.

We are using the built-in database with standard password field, not a separate SQL database.

Does load balance is enabled in your server? If yes, then try to increase login dealy time.

Please navigate to the registration page and then edit - Login delay and increase the value.
