    I'm setting up OnGuard-integrated-with-VIA agent to connect VPN to Aruba controller and do authentication and health check. I have the VPN portion working but the Health Check says "Authentication failed" with no other details. However, when I connect that machine directly to the corporate network it does an OnGuard webauth and is able to checkin correctly.  Why is it not working?

    Do you see "Authentication failed" in the access tracker?

    When your VPN is connected are you able to browse to the ClearPass web console?

    It turns out I had missed the Global Agent Settings for OnGuard where you have to say "Enable to install VPN component = True".
