CPPM Token Server Authentication Source

    Hi all, 

     

          We are trying to use a SafeNet Token Server to authenticate users via Radius to fetch role mapping attributes from the SafeNet token server. We have added in the IP address of the Server connection details . 

     

         However on the access tracker on CPPM and Safenet, we do not see any traffic that passing through towards each other. Is there any whay that we can test or whereabouts are we doing wrong?

    Hi,

     

    So you've added the token server as an authentication source. Have you added it to any of your services or tied it into any enforcement policies?

     

    Are the necessary ports open between your clearpass instance and safenet?

    and can you see anything in event viewer from the ip of the token server?
