We bought CPPM license for our organization,
but it is not showing under our account in Licensing portal.
How can I get the license details to show in licensing poral under our account.

You would typically get an email with a license certificate that you would activate on the licensing site. You should follow up with who you purchased it from to find out when you should get that email.

There is option to give sales order & subscription ID (Scrrenshot attached),
If I give those will it get added to our account ?
