CPPM publisher/standby publisher preemption.

    I noticed the error below on my publisher node when I shut it down (after it came back up) and the standby publisher took over. I would like to know if there is a way to have my publisher resumes it's role from the standby publisher when it comes back up(preemption without VIP)
