How do I find the serial number of a ClearPass VM from the GUI as I need to raise a TAC case. I don't have access to the CLI at the moment.
Clicking on the version number brings a box with some useful information but the serial number field has "none" next to it. I suspect this is probably because its a VM. I have managed to raise a case using the Subscription ID though so I have managed to overcome the hurdle.
Hey, if its a VM there will be no serial number (see below from a VM). If you provide the subscription key to TAC when logging a ticket they will be able use this instead of a serial. Hope this helps :)
