Can't see IOS Onboard device

    Hi All,

    I tested CPPM onboard which work for android and windows, after provisioned I can see onboard device except IOS. I'm not sure what's i miss.

     

    please advise

    Try changing the Key Type option in Provisioning Settings to one that is "created on server".

    Hi amigodave,

     

    I tried to change that one to the same on server certificate but I can't see IOS device on board.

    When i saw in "certificate management" I can see certificate for IOS which issued from CPPM.

    Hi amigodave,

     

    I already figure out it. that my fault.

     

    I change key type from "created by device" to "created by server" that work fine.
